So is Josh Dallas not a season regular? Because he is credited after the three you mentioned...

He is. But he doesn’t appear in every episode (I believe he missed 1.02, 1.07 and 1.09), while Lana, Jennifer and Ginnifer have never missed an episode. Theirs are probably the only contracts which guarantee 22 episodes.
